Posiedzenie Rady Klastra – 15 marca 2023 roku

Gość specjalny posiedzenia – Wiceminister klimatu i środowiska Pan Ireneusz Zyska.

Zgodnie z art. 3 ust. 6 oraz ust. 7 Regulaminu Klastra Energii “Autonomiczny Region Energetyczny Sudety” z dnia 5 czerwca 2020 roku zawiadamiamy, iż kolejne posiedzenie Rady Klastra odbędzie się stacjonarnie w Urzędzie Miasta w Kudowie-Zdroju, w środę 15 marca 2023 roku o godz. 12:00.

Posiedzenie Rady jest spotkaniem roboczym i jest przeznaczone wyłącznie dla Uczestników Klastra. Głównym tematem będą działania Klastra oraz wykorzystanie budżetu w roku 2023.

[Aktualizacja po posiedzeniu]

Głównym punktem posiedzenia było wystąpienie okolicznościowe Wiceministra klimatu i środowiska Pana Ireneusza Zyski, który obszernie przedstawił sprawy dotyczące Klastrów energii oraz energetyki. Dotyczyły one między innymi zmian w Ustawie o OZE, wsparcia finansowego dla Klastrów, rozwoju energetyki rozproszonej w oparciu o źródła biogazowe i geotermii. Przez Uczestników Klastra i Koordynatora zwrócona została uwaga na temat bardzo pilnej potrzeby modernizacji sieci elektroenergetycznych ze względu na brak możliwości przyłączania nowych źródeł, a co za tym idzie brak możliwości występowania do nowych programów dotacyjnych.

Drugi punkt posiedzenia dotyczył syntetycznego przedstawienia działań Klastra w zakresie projektów budowy źródeł fotowoltaicznych. Zostały również przybliżone najważniejsze aspekty dotyczące nowego programu ogłoszonego przez NFOŚiGW „Energia dla Wsi”.
